Co-founder Coaching
Turn Conflict into Collaboration
Stop letting personal battles risk your business’ success.Navigate conflict, rebuild trust, and become powerful allies again in building your company together.
Do any of these sound familiar?
Are co-founder battles introducing risk to your business?
Tired of walking on eggshells around your cofounder every day?
Dreading another tense meeting together where nothing gets resolved?
Is your team noticing the dysfunction and losing faith in your leadership?
Tired of being seen as the enemy by your co-founder(s)?
Co-founder conflict is responsible for 65% of startup failures1.When the relationship that was meant to drive your business forward becomes a constant struggle, everything you’ve worked so hard for can start to crumble, putting your company and its future at risk.

Why Cofounder Coaching?
Time is Short, Change is Needed
Our goal is to not just resolve conflicts—but transform them. We help you and your cofounder(s) develop personal clarity and communication strategies that turn friction into a force for growth. You’ll learn how to have the necessary conversations that rebuild trust and turn you into meaningful allies in the mission of building your business together.
A Structured Approach to Addressing Cofounder Issues
Phase 1
Individual Intake
We begin with individual intake calls with each cofounder to address concerns and answer questions. Most importantly, we assess willingness to commit to the work together.
Phase 2
Relationship Assessment
Every relationship is different and there are also common patterns that get in the way.During this phase, we seek to identify the root causes of your conflicts and the underlying dynamics at play.
Phase 3
1-on-1 Coaching
Each founder gets dedicated support to better understand who they are, the role they play in the current dynamics, and become clear on what they need.Their coach challenges them on their mindset, while also guiding them on tactics for repairing and strengthening the relationship.
Phase 4
Group Coaching Sessions
After each individual has had time to clarify their needs, we move into facilitated group conversation. Our aim is to work through primary issues by equipping you with new skills, making sure everyone is understood, and creating new agreements for working together.
